G.P. Taylor visited St Edmund's
Ghosts, goblins, vampires, mythical hounds and even an exploding snake – when bestselling author and film producer G.P. Taylor visited St Edmund's on Friday 22nd June, the children got more than they bargained for. Weaving tales of his childhood with his past occupations as a vicar, exorcist and policeman, Mr Taylor held our 5th and 6th Form entranced. They also gained a fascinating insight into how everyday occurrences can provide the seed for a bestselling novel and the rich rewards of a writing career. A film of G.P. Taylor's novel Mariah Mundi: The Midas Box is due out next year, and Shadowmancer is currently being made into a two-part TV drama.
